Balcony views and large windows are the number one look-for in homes.  Lots of sunlight gleaming through the windows is a must along with beautiful views and scenery, if possible! This living space looks so cozy and warm especially with the fireplace and the choice of furniture. The colors are so autumn like making it feel warm and like home.

This is known as a chef's kitchen.  Chef's kitchens are known to have many large cabinets and a large granite table in the middle of the room, usually with high ceilings.  This is very convenient especially when cooking large meals due to needing enough space.  The kitchen is probably my favorite part of the house, I'm always in it because I feel like I'm always eating! The color scheme is beautiful and the view makes it 10 times better. The dark wood goes perfect with the granite color and the walls surprisingly make it cozy. I'm wondering what color the refrigerator is.. haha, till next time!

Always had a thing for indoor balconies! I love this design, all the colors go wonderfully together, especially with the white tile floors.  I am obsessed with curvy staircases, it makes a house unique but of course, it has to be done in the right way.  From this picture, this level looks like an open-floor plan which is my favorite plan for a house.  The windows at the end make the perfect touch with the view and the sunlight shining in.

New York City has tons of penthouses and huge condos going for sale each and everyday.  The beauty in modern architecture is quite fascinating, especially when having beautiful views of the water from the heart of the city.  This penthouse is about 15.5k square feet, which is as big as some mansions are today.  This penthouse really gets to me because of how much light there is coming in from the windows.  Windows are always number one on my list and this beats what I am looking for.

        I have recently become infatuated with all different types of beautiful houses from all over the country, and all over the world.  There are so many different styles of houses that are all fascinating to look at.  Mediterranean and modern style houses are bumping up the line day by day.  Other popular housing styles for 2015 include, French, Colonial, Victorian, Tudor, and Ranches. 
        My personal favorite has to be the Mediterranean style.  I love these houses, they are so beautiful and unique to look at.  I come from Greek culture and Mediterranean homes are all defined mainly on the looks from Greece and Italy.  

This house in the picture above was built on the island of Kefalonia, Greece.  My family comes from this island and every summer it is a pleasure being able to look at all the homes that make this island gorgeous. 

Mediterranean Architecture has to be my favorite style of architecture.  The beauty stands out compared to modernism, there are so many different cultures combined into one marvelous piece.
